We are looking for a passionate Programmatic Advertising Lead to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for delivering strategic advertising campaigns ensuring budgets are pacing effectively and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs. You will work cross-functionally, build professional relationships with team members, bring organizational structure, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

How you will make an impact

  • Demonstrate clear and thorough expertise across display and video advertising, while working with your team to consistently deliver strategic campaigns to successfully hit directed KPIs.
  • Proven expertise and a dedication to continued education of specific biddable media platforms like Trade Desk and DV360 as well as the overall programmatic media landscape.
  • Serve as a CTV/OTT thought-leader drawing heavily on a strong pulse on the industry and command of our metrics and goals
  • Managing campaigns, including ensuring budgets are pacing effectively and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyze programmatic data to provide insights and optimizations across all platforms, products, ad types and buyers
  • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns, overseeing campaign QA process by developing and maintaining quality control procedures for campaign implementations

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years programmatic media buying or equivalent role
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and maintain strong professional relationships with team members and other various outside vendors
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, DSP platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform
  • Ability to bring organization and structure, while also being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and on a path that is yet to be paved
