We are seeking a talented and passionate Sr. Data Engineering lead to join our team in Austin, TX. You will guide and support a team of data engineers, distributed across various BU's. You will work cross functionally with stakeholders to deliver solutions, acting as the accountable owner and SME for various data engineering projects, and ensure "delivery excellence" (speed, efficiency, quality, reliability, and observability). You will contribute to platform development and promote best practices. You will help defining and tracking improvements to design patters and data architecture and additional duties as required.
