We’re rebuilding healthcare from the ground up, simplifying how healthcare is understood, paid for and delivered through a real-time, direct infrastructure. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, and passionate Scrum Master to join our Engineering team. You will contribute by managing multiple Scrum Teams across programs and Business Lines and identifying Engineering teams’ dependencies across groups and Product priorities.  We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, well versed in SAFe as well as personable and comfortable in a customer-facing setting.

How you will make an impact

  • Responsible for monitoring the scrum processes and scrum meetings
  • Increase efficiency across teams by applying Scrum principles
  • Ability to advocate for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness
  • Facilitate a trusting environment for problems to be raised and solved
  • Assist with internal and external communication and manage dependencies 
  • Actively communicate project status to relevant stakeholders
  • Problem solve on best way to remove impediments and blockers 
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner in creating the product backlog and ongoing backlog refinement

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related technical discipline
  • Hybrid position working onsite Tuesday - Thursday
  • 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Demonstrated understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and theory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to facilitate decision making and conflict resolution
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to guide scrum teams on scrum practices and values to successfully implement critical projects
