We are looking for a talented and passionate Head of Government Program Sales to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for healthcare services within government agencies and managed care organizations.  You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify and secure new business opportunities and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

How you will make an impact

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy for healthcare services across government agencies and managed care organizations 
  • Communicating effectively with government entities and MCOs to ensure that the company's services are well-understood and well-received 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Assessing clients’ needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs 
  • Managing a sales team and providing guidance, mentorship, and training to team members 
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations and adapting sales strategies accordingly 
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of healthcare services to clients 

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare management, or marketing 
  • 7 + years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry 
  • A thorough understanding of the government health plan market, the managed care industry and the ability to navigate the complex regulatory environment 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically 
  • Willingness to travel as needed
