We deliver the results you need, when you need them.
Helping governments, businesses, and organizations meet the challenges of COVID-19 with full turn-key solutions

With Test Iowa, it is incredible the testing capacity that we have. We started with a goal of 3,000 tests a day and we have doubled that.
When shutdown just isn't an option
We work with governments, organizations, and businesses to create fully-baked COVID-19 response programs – from online assessments to tents to real time results reporting.
- Built from the ground upThrough our COVID-19 Response Programs, we step in as a general contractor and rebuild the supply chain to lower costs and reshape the response.
- Truly rapid turnaroundsAt Nomi, our testing programs deliver results within an average of 24–48 hours and we will always notify patients of their results, even if the result is negative.
- Data capture for quality controlOur testing programs are designed to digitally capture data at each step of the testing process so that we can ensure that everything is working correctly and efficiently.
- Costs that are kept in checkOur model helps disincentivize runaway costs and overbilling. If we let costs get out of control, we get stuck with the bill – not our clients.

Testing
We streamlined the supply chain and built a user experience that incorporates technology at every step of the testing process.

Vaccination
Creating an effective vaccine is hard but distributing it is an entirely different challenge. We have what you need to build an effective immunization program.
Our proven process
Streamlining the Supply Chain
From swabs to masks and face shields, sourcing these highly demanded materials can be a challenge. We have deep expertise and connections with medical suppliers, which we have been able to tap into.

Other testing suppliers rely on distributors, buying organizations and GPOs for their healthcare needs. We cut them out and found new ways to directly access materials from manufacturers.
We worked with a Utah-based diagnostics company that was shipping tests to countries in Europe, and were able to source millions of tests.
We repeated the same process for swab and transport kits, extraction materials and all other consumable products we needed.
Mobile & Ad Hoc Testing Centers
We know that the coronavirus spreads quickly and is hard to predict. From the start, we built testing programs that were adaptable and able to scale quickly.

We launched COVID-19 mobile testing units to rapidly deploy resources to communities that are being disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 virus.
Ad hoc testing collection centers have been a key part of our strategy from day one. We know how to spin up the essentials at lightspeed.
Collection is key but it only matters if we can deliver accurate results quickly. We move mountains to get our swabs to our labs, even if we need to charter planes.
First-of-its-kind Laboratory Process
Traditionally, laboratories operate on a model where a single patient receives lots of tests. The COVID-19 testing model demands a completely different approach.

Our labs are outfitted for speed – high efficiency aliquoting, pipetting with robotics, and process automation across steps.
Our teams are ¼–½ the size of other operations and produce two to three times the throughput per day.
Our labs are chosen close to testing collection hubs to reduce result turnaround times and the chance for error.
Tech-Powered User Experience
From online assessment to testing appointment to final result, we have built a seamless user experience for patients at each step of the testing process.

Our process starts with an online assessment to gather data and screen patients based on risk and testing need.
If testing is recommended, patients are prompted to schedule an appointment – reducing wait times and stress on the system.
With a unique barcode for each patient, we can track their results each step of the way and report back as needed.
Real-time Digital Metrics
Our testing programs are designed to spit back testing data as it comes in to ensure quality control and to make sure that our customers are able to react quickly to virus flare ups.
