Enrolled in a HDHP w/ an HSA? You will pay 100% of the pre-negotiated, transparent rate for services through our program until you have satisfied the yearly IRS minimum. Once your yearly minimum has been satisfied, you will have no out-of-pocket costs for services.

For any specialty service such as surgeries, x-rays, advanced imaging (MRI, CT), physical therapy, labs and hundreds more. Use your Nomi Health digital ID card when using a participating facility.
