There was a recent cyberattack involving Change Healthcare, a unit affiliated with United Health Care, and one of our crucial payment processing partners. The SEC has published their filing. The attack and the effects experienced have made it difficult for us to process provider payments efficiently, affecting our seamless customer and partner experience. Many of our customers and partners interact with Change Healthcare's clearinghouse to submit claims. We use this information exchange to process payments.

As a precaution, we have suspended all services, system access, and data transmission between Nomi Health and Change Healthcare. It is important to note that this incident appears to have impacted Change Healthcare systems only, and our Nomi Health systems are not currently under threat. Despite the shutdown, we continue to process claims.

As a result of this incident, providers and partners who utilize Change Healthcare and its affiliates as a clearinghouse will be affected by our suspension of services.
